Whilst we constantly strive to provide a good, friendly, and effective service, we recognise that you may sometimes have a comment on the way we do things or a cause for complaint. If so, please come and talk to the Practice Manager Mrs Joyce or your doctor.
If you have a problem which cannot be sorted out easily and quickly please let us know in writing. We will investigate your concerns in accordance with our complaints procedure.
We take complaints very seriously. If you would like to make a complaint regarding the surgery or the services we offer, please contact the Practice Manager by telephone or, if you prefer, in writing. Every effort will be made to answer your concerns as soon as possible.
