The Practice is a small well equipped surgery that was built in 1988, located near ASDA in Silverhill.
As we are a small surgery covering the area of St Leonards surrounding the surgery, we only have a small catchment area.

Please pop into the surgery to collect new patient forms or by clicking on the links below – both these forms need to be completed & brought into the surgery with photo i.d & your proof of address.
