If you have been asked to provide a sample of urine, stool, nail or sputum, please be aware that we require the sample to be handed in to the surgery before 12 o’clock, this is due to our courier collection service and will avoid any delay in the testing of your sample.
All samples must be provided in a pot given to you by the surgery or bought from a chemist.
