Requesting a Repeat prescription or queries about medication
Prescriptions or queries about your medication can be put in the letter box of the surgery or sent to us by clicking on the links for the following apps.

- The Patient Access App. www.Patient access
Please allow the surgery 5 working days for us to process repeat prescriptions.
As the repeat prescriptions are monitored, if you have not seen the Doctor for sometime, you may be offered an appointment for a medication review before issue.
We also need a nominated pharmacy for your prescriptions to go to as this speeds up the process, as all prescriptions are sent electronically to your nominated chemist. (Remember that postal pharmacies will take longer to get medicines out to you.)

If you have a medication that is acute or issued for a trial period by a clinician you can apply for a repeat in writing or using Engage Consult.
