Dr Lewis will be shortly introducing a care navigation process. This process will ensure that when you ring into the surgery for an appointment you will be directed to the most appropriate health care professional. This could be the Doctor, Nurse Practitioner, Practice Nurse, Health Care Assistant, Midwife, Pharmacist or Optician.
The reception staff have been fully trained and instructed by Dr Lewis to ask for details of why you require an appointment.
